The Role This is a 'hands-on' senior role working across a number of high-profile client projects for the MoD, Government Departments and various National Intelligence organisations. As a Senior within the team, you will have involvement in the shaping of projects, with a requirement to lead the design & proposal work and interactions direct with the customer. Part of this role will involve you assisting in developing end-to-end IP network security solutions working in a multi-bearer, mobile environment and being responsible for the technical delivery of the solution from high level design to delivery and transition to service. The Senior Network Engineer will work to define and deliver network solutions, taking high level design documents and delivering a solution. This position will also involve supporting proposal development by translating customer requirements into high level design documents and ensuring there is a consistent view of the deliverables from high level design, detailed design and build. We're looking for the ability to work collaboratively to ensure the solution is documented and delivered into service following established governance processes. You may also be required to lead more complex higher-risk projects and tasks, where solutions may have no precedence.
