Your key responsibilities as Business Analyst :

Reporting to the Product Manager you will liaise across the organisations's stakeholders so as to identify the requirements of this healthcare organisation as regards its digital assets.

Further you will record (document) the organisation's requirements by creating a set of Business Processes. Thereafter you will engage with Users, and the healthcare organisation's Technical Team, in order to  assess whether or not there is possibilities for the optimising of the Business Processes which you have documented.

Having created  a set of Business Processes you will determine Functional and Non-Functional needs. When you have collated these needs you will make sure that the needs get incorporated  into schedules of work.

Because of the highly sensitive nature of the healthcare organisation's data you will work closely with the Information Governance team in order to be sure that all data security demands are known and recorded.

As the healthcare organisation is entering a key stage of its product and service offering you will, as Business Analyst, enable the delivery of a variety of complex projects.

Candidate profile : Business Analyst - Digital Healthcare

Minimum amount of Work Experience required :

At least 3 years experience of working in a Business Analyst capacity to include experience of the specification of requirements for Web Application development. Moreover you'll have gained exposure to Release management, and Risk & Issue management.

Minimum Education level required:

Degree level education in Computer Science or similar related subject

Essential Skills & Knowledge required :

Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Ability to specify business processes and requirements via methods such as SwimLanes, Capability Modelling, Data Flow and Unified Modeling Language Diagrams (DFD's & UML).

Capable of specification of test scenarios and cases

Proficiency in setting up bespoke tracking & reporting systems

Salary and benefits offered :

Annual salary between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum gross
