Agile Business Analyst Leeds to £65k

Agile Business Analyst / Technical BA (Scrum SAFe API TDD) *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst with banking experience and an indepth knowledge of Agile? You could be progressing your career at a fast growing FinTech that's SaaS solutions are helping High Street banks to compete with the challenge from their online tech driven rivals.

As an Agile Business Analyst you'll partner with multiple feature teams, completing detailed analysis on your assigned journey's, features and epics and translate these into meaningful user stories with acceptance criteria to help shape the product roadmap with a focus on the core open banking platform that is API driven in a microservices environment. You'll evangelise refinement, facilitate SME discussions and collaborate with software engineering teams and the wider business being mindful of cross project dependencies.

Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / process and 100% work from home likely to be until Spring 2021 with 2-3 days a week WFH thereafter. Requirements:

Advanced Business Analysis skills with experience of Agile delivery using Scrum or SAFe

Understanding of retail and / or business banking processes, with experience of working in a banking or financial services vendor

Strong technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, with a good understanding of microservices

Experience working closely with software developers and UX designers, translating wireframes into user stories

Experience with Confluence and JIRA

Advanced experience with requirements gathering, writing epics and user stories with acceptance criteria (using TDD / BDD)

Collaborative nature with excellent written and verbal communication skills
