Anderson Frank are currently working with a global organisation on specific NetSuite project requirements which require additional independent support. The key requirements are specifically around Subsidiary Hierarchy Modification, Segment/Classification assessment and introduction. This includes complex financial report creation using Saved searches and NS reports (see attached job spec).I appreciate that looking at new opportunities in the current climate may be difficult, this contract can be delivered fully remote working. Contract: 3 months (initial)Location: 100% remote Rate: Competitive We are looking for a Lead NetSuite consultant who has previous implementation experience in NetSuite as a professional services consultant. You will be expected to lead the projects under your assignment, working closely with the existing business managers to scope, plan and successfully deliver those projects. You will also be able to train internal staff in the NetSuite system to ensure internal staff have a good knowledge of the system.Your main duties will be:Attending meetings and workshops and speaking with the key stakeholders regarding upgrading existing or implementing new modules/features on NetSuite.Attend team meetings and other internal meetings as required.Provide advice and guidance on the best use of Netsuite functionality.Assisting with the production of training material to support localisation of NetSuite in multiple markets.To comply with information and security requirements and all company business procedures, policies and standards.Maintenance and production of records, timesheets, reports, expenses etc as required for successful operationsOur ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:Be financially qualified and have a proven track record of NetSuite financials, including:Subsidiary Hierarchy ModificationSegment/Classification assessment and introductionComplex financial reports using Saved searches and NS reportsYou will already have a background in Oracle/NetSuite and will be well versed in its use and its various modules (5 years' experience preferred)Display a good understanding of IT projects, the project lifecycle and resource scheduling requirementsBe able to achieve deadlines in accordance with strict timetables, setting own priorities from high level objectivesProven ability to plan and organise people, work and time.Ability to work in an ever changing environmentAbility to handle pressure and maintain an enthusiastic approachSelf-motivated and able to work without supervision and constant directionAbility to retain and recall information easilyExcellent communication skills both written and verbalGood command of the English language and able to write and edit documents with a keen eye for clarity and accuracy.Able to communicate at all levelsExcellent report writing and presentation skillsAbility to implement new ERP systems and support usersProblem solving skills

What You'll Do:Design and implement quality solutions using NetSuite's Workflows and SuitescriptReason around complexity and scalability of custom solutions and integrationsTroubleshoot process, application and functional issues, and manage these through to resolutionGrow your technical and functional expertise in NetSuiteTrain and guide our NetSuite end-users

Who You Are:

Functional experience with financial processes in NetSuiteExcellent investigation and diagnostic skillsAbility to build sound relationships and clearly communicate expectations with team members and stakeholdersStrong understanding of the system integration capabilities in NetSuiteExperience with influencing strategy, tactics and executionGrowth mindset and excited about learning new thingsStrong communicator fluent in English
