Our client is specialist recruitment consultancy for PR and corporate communications. They have really exciting growth plans and are offering a role to work as a Resourcer. If you prove yourself to be a natural talent, they can fast track your career in recruitment and headhunting.
You will be working alongside skilled consultants, supporting them to find exceptional candidates for roles.
Using a sophisticated recruitment database as well as internet research to gather names to headhunt.
Proactively approaching potential candidates by phone and by email with confidence and flair to secure their interest.
Updating the database with results of your activities and knowledge you have gained.
Building a network through social media and attending networking events.
Drafting adverts for jobs and uploading them to advertising portals.
Attending candidate interview meetings with a consultant and writing up interview reports.
Be provided with structured training and have a clear career path.
You must have a degree level qualification.
