Internal Salesforce Functional Consultant - WarwickshireI am working with one of the largest Salesforce users in the UK who are looking to build their own centre of excellence. Within this role you would be acting as an internal Salesforce Consultant, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, as well as getting hands-on with configuration of the platform yourself. This is a vital position for the business wherein you will gather key requirements for optimisation of the Salesforce platform from a declarative standpoint.If you are a Salesforce Administrator who is looking to commit more of your time using your stakeholder and business analysis skills or, on the other hand, a Salesforce Consultant who is keen to work for a major end user then this could be the perfect match for you!Role & ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with key business stakeholders to fully understand internal issuesCreate user stories to which reflect key requirements from requirements gathering sessionsSupport Administration and Delivery of the Salesforce optimisation for maintenance and new releasesRun workshops and support users with any issues they haveGet involved with hands-on configuration of the platform where necessaryAssist the architecture team throughout the full development lifecycleWork alongside third party Salesforce implementation parties to ensure that technical requirements are communicated efficiently and are being met
