NAV/Business Central ConsultantHome Based - with occasional site visitsUp to £65,000 per annum You will complete the life-cycle of a client project from build through to implementation and go live. You will understand how to meet a client requirement whilst being mindful of their business process and industry practices. As a consultant, you will provide a first-rate customer experience and ensure that the delivery of key project milestones remains on time and on budget. DutiesThe tasks of the role all related to the provision of the Business software solutions delivery, this will vary depending on the specific need of the client and project.You will gather client requirements to effectively consider business process recommendations to support software implementation.Build strong relationships with clients to learn and understand the nature of their business.Proactively manage relationships with clients to sustain a strong business/commercial connectionStrong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customersProvide regular meaningful support to clients during the implementation process.The role will involve working autonomously and as a team. You will be expected to co-ordinate with the Project Lead on each implementation to ensure the thorough completion of assigned tasksDevelop a good understanding of the software capabilities, features, and limitationsSkill set/Knowledge Previous implementation knowledge on NAV/ Business CentralPower BIPower AutomateVisual Studio SkillsMicrosoft SQL Server understandingExperience managing and implementing projects, this includes a commercial understanding of the full life cycle of a project.
