Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced cyber professional to work alongside a highly motivated team and be 'hands-on' across a wide range of sensitive projects for Government, Defence and National Intelligence organisations. As a Cyber Security Architect, you'll be responsible for conducting analysis of and delivering consultancy on the security posture of complex system architectures for UK & international clients. This role will also require you to work collaboratively with other security experts, including Information Assurance consultants, accreditors, analysts and penetration testers to inform secure architectural design that meets all relevant governance requirements. By collaborating with other architect disciplines and technical experts, you will deliver a security viewpoint on architectures that will inform the design while ensuring security requirements are met. As and when required, you will be able to have significant impact on local security-related project delivery elements, including detailed technical levels and higher level project views, as well as taking a lead role on local security governance project elements. You'll gain experience across a wide variety of areas within cyber, this includes but not limited to, security assurance, accreditation, Government and commercial frameworks and related technical guidance/best practice. You will also apply detailed knowledge of the current cyber threat landscape, technical vulnerabilities and attack methodologies to the design of complex architectures. The Fit

The successful candidate will have previous experience of applying architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), as well as a sound understanding of Information Assurance Frameworks, both Government and commercial (e.g. IS 1&2, 27001, NIST). We're looking for someone with strong technical knowledge across multiple platforms and technologies, with demonstrable experience of identifying cyber security risks and developing proportionate mitigations in solution designs. You will have experience providing advice as part of larger project delivery teams with the ability to engage with a cross-section of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. A certification demonstrating suitable expertise in Security Architecture, Information Assurance and Technical Architecture is highly desired but not essential.
