Job Title: Workday Prism Analytics Expert
This role is within IR35 Department/Practice: Job Purpose and primary objectives: The People Value Stream (PVS) deliver changes across the Organisation, on behalf of the Group’s People & Productivity function, that benefits all colleagues. One of the annual deliverables is delivery of the Group Pay award to all eligible colleagues. Structure and set-up PVS sits within the Group Transformation function. The specific work this request relates to would see the 2021/22 P&GPS Project oversee this activity with the People Insights & Cost Management (PICM) as technical SME leads What is it looking to achieve and why Replacement of End User Computing (EUCs) tools that are currently used to support the implementation of the Group’s annual Reward Strategy with a solution that utilises Workday Prism Analytics. These off-line solutions are tactical arrangements which require a strategic replacement to stabilise the e2e architecture and remove these existing risks. Having a post Workday (incl. PRISM) implementation partner will also provide options within the PVS to potentially progress other high value activity where internal SME bandwidth creates a supply / demand gap. What is the current state To support the Workday Advanced Compensation module, EUCs are utilised to deliver specific elements that cannot currently be delivered via core Workday. These manual offline processes and associated risks are not desirable to maintain longer term What is the future state Replacing the EUCs with a more controlled and automated solution, defined by the existing security model and governance in Workday. This will stabilise the P&GPS e2e architecture and auditability, be more flexible to change, strategically aligned regarding software and LBG policies (e.g. retentions) and remove existing contractor resource dependency on maintaining these off-line solutions which are not scalable or robust Business Continuity Planning Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): - Understand existing EUC via document or KT - Develop, test and implement an automated solution to replace the EUCs with Workday Prism Analytics. - Knowledge Transfer and documentation to handover to LBG team/s as an ongoing activity supporting future P&GPS Project activity - Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): - Other responsibilities - Budgets, targets, equipment etc (please specify): Key Skills/Knowledge: - Recent expert practical experience and deep understanding of PRISM ETL, MI, Security.  PRISM certified. (core) - Expert Knowledge of Workday Advanced Comp module - Knowledge and proven XP of Workday Security & Data Model - Hands-on coding and technical design  - Understanding of Financial Sector Pay & Bonus & Reward models. Ideally LBG reward policies - Understanding of core MS Office - Excel, VBA etc - Knowledge Transfer, documentation technical schematics, WD standards and best practice etc - String written and verbal communication - business and technical Experience required: - Recent expert practical experience and deep understanding of PRISM ETL, MI, Security.  PRISM certified. (core) - Expert Knowledge of Workday Advanced Comp module - Knowledge and proven XP of Workday Security & Data Model Duration of the Assignment: 12 months
