We are looking for someone to join an a reputable & expanding business that are going through an exciting journey of change & transformation.

Due to a continued period of growth & success, this business is currently at the beginning of a large programme across technology and change, including work on continuous improvement, the cloud and agile.

We are looking for a recent graduate or someone with a foundation in a change / tech focused position who is looking to become a Business Analyst. We need someone who is confident and enthusiastic about working with people as you will be interacting with Stakeholders across the business.

Someone with an analytical, inquisitive mind who is able to be proactive, personable ad organised would be a very good fit for this position.

You will be supported to become a champion of best practice agile delivery and a skilled Business Analyst who will be confident to deal with the here and now, whilst still keeping an eye on where the business is going and what will occur in the future.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

* A Degree and / or a background in a technology or business focused role

* Experience working with customers

* Enthusiasm and drive to pick up new skills & responsibilities quickly.

Paying up to £25k this role is based just south of Wakefield and will involve a blend of home / office work.
