Location: London Paddington Department/Practice: Computer Consultancy Job Purpose and primary objectives: HTLM Email Developer with the key responsibilities outlined below Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Individual ? Develop dynamic, flexible emails/email templates and push campaigns ? Work closely with in-house designers, providing guidance and feedback based on best practices of effective email design ? Test and solve issues based on the outlined project requirements and/or scope of work ? Collaborate with strategists and data engineers to create highly personalised and relevant email communications for our customersKey Skills/Knowledge: Skill Sets - EMAIL Dev (not web dev): HTML, CSS, Mobile responsive Programs/Tools that will be used on the assignment (if any) Photoshop / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Visual Studio Code / Excel A solid understanding of HTML & CSS skills and responsive email design. The ability to handle code HTML email.A good understanding of email coding best practices
The know how to solve cross-browser compatibility issues
Experience with Litmus or other email testing software
Experience with personalization and dynamic content coding for email
Experience using jQuery, JavaScript, SQL and relational database structure desired
The ability to write jQuery, JavaScript desired
Experience with an enterprise-level email delivery system, Salesforce Marketing Cloud desired
Experience required:Previous experience required/preferred Yes - 3 years min A portfolio showcasing skills in HTML and CSS Duration of the Assignment: 3-6 months
