IT Support Analyst - Windows - Solihull - Temp to Perm + Benefits £11.50ph moving to circa £20,000 and rising after successful probation period.

Technologies you will work with in this position - Desktop / Windows 7/10, Bespoke applications, Hardware build ie Laptop, Tablet, Mobiles, General Software support and ticketing

Established and well know company are seeking an IT Support Analyst for their Infrastructure Services team.

Working as a key player alongside a broader team you will support the Infrastructure Services Team in the development and implementation of team, departmental and business wide service improvements, plus the input of planning and technical remediation initiatives.

Your Key technical expertise will includeExposure to Windows 7/10Hardware Support/Build - Mobile, Tablet, LaptopsDesktop applications support and End user Services
