As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on development role that would suit candidates who have strong experience integrating distributed solutions at scale in a microservices environment and who enjoy collaborating as part of a team, mentoring, knowledge sharing and pair programming. The candidate is expected to be a delivery-focused, self-starter who is keen to actively contribute to the success of the team and who is comfortable taking responsibility for all aspects of a feature including both functional and non-functional elements such as security and resilience. They must be able to demonstrate evidence of having been instrumental in delivering practical integration solutions into production environments at scale in scenarios requiring both parallel and distributed elements.
