Senior Front End Technical Architect (Agile React Redux) *Remote Process* Award-winning global games software house is seeking an accomplished Senior Front End Technical Architect to join their talented cross-disciplinary team, take ownership and make a real impact.

Your contribution as a Senior Front End Technical Architect will have significant impact from the start. Across the front end architecture domain, you'll take ownership of envisioning a robust roadmap, formulating standards and long-term vision, as well as contributing to the overall technical direction and strategy.

You'll also play a key role in providing technical support to development teams and will assist in enhancing and supporting existing large gaming and technological virtuals.

Not only will you act as an Agile technical pivot, but will be a point of contact for teams business-wide, where you will bridge gaps between software delivery teams, other Technical Architects and technical and non-technical stakeholders where you'll take the lead on software and operational issues.

The ideal candidate will be a standout technologist with a wealth of front end development experience and a business-focused mindset, able to forge robust working relationships with key stakeholders and technical teams, as well as providing mentoring and support to team members to develop their technical capabilities.

Requirements:

You have extensive architecture and design experience on large scale, distributed systems

You have thorough knowledge of JavaScript and React (with current coding skills)

You have an advanced understanding of browser mechanics and browser based development (DOM, CSSOM, CPU & GPU threads, Memory Management)

You are skilled with HTML5 and CSS3

You have experience in stakeholder management and engagement and are adept at constructing robust working relationships

You're a confident, self-assured communicator who can relay complex technical information to a variety technical / non-technical audiences

You're a proactive collaborator and can bridge technical and operational gaps with ease

As a Senior Front End Technical Architect you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £110k) plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
