Full-Stack Web Developer with CMS -Media Industry
This media giant's is looking to add a full-stack developer to one of their teams. This web team is responsible for providing external websites and applications for all this business's brands. These websites currently have more than 4 million unique visitors every week and since February they have increased their digital focus.
As a full-stack developer in this team you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all digital products. You will work with specific sties and with general implementations that target the whole ecosystem.
The team is current a mix of experienced and growing developers who all try to take full-stack responsibility. You will work with the whole delivery from analysing problems and suggesting technical solutions to implementing both the backend and frontend.
Since February they have started making a lot of changes, moving away from WordPress to create a more microservice-based architecture. The CMS transformation is undergoing, and the migration work is done by a dedicated team until the environment is more stable and the team will be delivering new features directly to the new platform.
You will be part of such a cross-functional team and be responsible for developing the solutions that are prioritized. You will, of course, have your development team close to ask questions when needed and to align on larger implementations that effect another teams' development.
