Technical Implementation Consultant (SQL XML Scripting OOP) *Remote Process* Are you a skilled Technical Implementation Consultant who is passionate about their craft? The organisation's core product is a market-leading, post trade automation processing software, used by industry innovators across sectors. Their core AI-based platform is powerful and highly intelligent, able to handle any type of data in any format to deliver automation of complex technical processes and optimising efficiency of their clients. 

This is a high-visibility role where you'll be responsible for managing relationships with key clients (predominantly investment banks), assisting them from project inception to ‘go live'. You'll take ownership of gathering customer requirements, liaising with business teams to produce specifications and configuring the product to meet client needs.

You'll act as a critical point of contact for clients as you guide them through the implementation process, proactively encouraging the adoption of best practices internally and with clients, as well as provisioning for training and end-user support. As a senior member of your team, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor and grow your leadership responsibilities.

*Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. The majority of work is completed remotely from the Guildford office (onsite parking available, regular bus shuttle from the station), and intend to remain working from home for the foreseeable. When you return to the office, you will have continued flexible work opportunities including work from home for part of the week.*

Requirements:

You have significant experience of software implementation projects

You have good working knowledge of SQL, XML and any OO programming language (C#, C++, Java, Python)

You're a confident self-starter, able to prioritise your work effectively

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can form robust working relationships with internal teams and clients
