Agile Scrum Master / C# Developer (.Net AWS React) *Remote Process* Industry-leading technology company is seeking a standout individual with an impressive technical skillset and business-driven mindset to cultivate a team and make an impact.

This Agile Scrum Master role encompasses a strong balance of hands-on technical work and people management, as you'll be responsible for galvanizing morale across your team, but also stepping in to resolve key technical issues when required.

As an Agile Scrum Master you will be responsible for preparing refinements, conducting Sprint planning and organising Agile ceremonies, partnering with key individuals business-wide to ensure your team is on track.

You'll work closely with the Software Development Manager to drive the adoption of best practices, with key focus on optimising deployment via CI/CD pipelines to increase the frequency of releases. You'll call upon your experience in software development to effectively remove impediments from the team and remain hands-on with the code, contributing to projects as and when required.

*Please note: this company is able to conduct a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. The company is based in Poole, and you will continue to have 2-3 days a week from home going forward*

Requirements:

You have a strong C#. Net development background and are able to apply current coding skills

You have experience as a Scrum Master and are capable of leading Agile software development projects

You have good technical knowledge across the full stack including some of the following; Net, MVC 5, Cloud based deployment (AWS / Azure), React, Node.js, Docker, REST, microservices, Jenkins

You're a proactive, motivating leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills
