Business Analyst Leeds to £65k

Business Analyst / Agile BA *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst with banking experience? You could be progressing your career at a fast growing FinTech solutions provider whose SaaS banking applications are helping to disrupt UK consumer banking and bring technology enabled change that effects people's everyday lives.

As a Business Analyst you'll partner with multiple feature teams, completing detailed analysis on your assigned journey's, features and epics and translate these into meaningful user stories with acceptance criteria to help shape the product roadmap with a focus on the core banking platform. You'll evangelise refinement, facilitate SME discussions and collaborate with software engineering teams and the wider business being mindful of cross project dependencies.

Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / process and 100% work from home likely to be until Spring 2021 with 3-4 days a week WFH thereafter. Requirements:

Advanced Business Analysis skills with experience of Agile delivery using Scrum or SAFe

Understanding of retail and / or business banking processes, with experience of working in a banking or financial services vendor

Strong technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, with a good understanding of microservices

Experience working closely with software developers and UX designers, translating wireframes into user stories

Experience with Confluence and JIRA

Advanced experience with requirements gathering, writing epics and user stories with acceptance criteria (using TDD / BDD)

Collaborative nature with excellent written and verbal communication skills
