My client is looking for a Data Workload Manager to assist on an initial 5 month contract Inside IR35 to work remote from home.

The chosen candidate will be working on a COVID program to support a Central Government client.

Overview of the role:

* Overall responsibility of the clients spot-check data management, MI and reporting and workload allocation and tracking

* Manage demand, workload and resources to meet service objectives

* Ensure that systems, processes and ways of working are effective and work with the project team to continually improve service provision

* Work with the project team to ensure that we are appropriately prioritising our activities, are targeting effectively, are proportionate, and that we are adapting to changes rapidly

* Work with the clients senior leaders to ensure effective end-to-end service workload management and reporting, regardless of where in the organisation activities are undertaken

* Lead on development and maintenance of databases and the overall data and workload

Essential experience.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

* Solid data management and analytical skills within a Public Sector/Government background

* Advanced skills in data management tools (primarily Excel, VBA)

* Experience in resource and workload management including capacity planning, work segmentation, prioritisation, and tracking

* Planning, co-ordination and organisational skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines

*Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, external partners and senior stakeholders

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take the lead when needed

* Highly motivated, committed and passionate

* Ability to work with focus and pace

* Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and react quickly to emerging challenges

The chosen candidate will need to undergo a BPSS
