As Manager of our UK L&D team, you will be expected to drive results across your team of L&D Consultants to support our sales business all the way from induction training of new starters, to creating new innovative programmes for our business leaders. Our global L&D team are proud of the work we put in to ensure all aspects of our business continue to develop, and we are searching for our next leader to add value to the business on a daily basis, both through their own impact and that of their team.

What does the role involve?

Your daily role is varied, typically you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the UK L&D function.
  • Provide continuous development to your team, always looking to improve performance, manage project work, and develop their L&D skillsets.
  • Analyse and report on performance of the team, understanding the impact that your team is having on the business.
  • Owning the running of all UK programmes, from induction training courses, to leadership training.
  • Liaising with key departments including Sales, IT, Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure full engagement of our L&D programmes
  • Identify opportunities for further L&D solutions and report these to the relevant leadership
  • Positively impact FRG company culture, atmosphere and retention

What we're looking for from an L&D Team Leader

  • Previous L&D experience is essential
  • A passion for developing others and working as part of a team
  • The ability to work independently, with excellent organisation and communication skills.
