You will add value to the business on a daily basis through working tirelessly to develop both new and existing talent, driving a culture of continuous improvement.What we'll offer you:A competitive starting salary plus incentivesInvolvement with ongoing strategic L&D projectsMeritocratic career development planVIP Hospitality social eventsFine Dining Experiences5* International TripsWhat does the role involve?Your daily role is varied, typically you will be responsible for:Leading a small team of L&D Consultants with their daily tasksCoach team members to provide them with constant development, always looking to improve performance, manage project work, and develop their skillsets.Providing outstanding learning and development solutions to all FRG employeesOwning the running of induction training courses, from initial on boarding to follow up training for the UKLiaising with key departments including Sales, IT, Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure full preparation for new L&D programmesIdentify opportunities for further L&D solutions and report these to the relevant leadershipPositively impact FRG company culture, atmosphere and retentionWhat we're looking for from an L&D Team LeaderPrevious L&D experience is essentialA passion for developing others and working as part of a teamThe ability to work independently, with excellent organisation and communication skills.To be considered for this opportunity please contact Robert Cooper, L&D Manager EMEA - [email protected]
