Interim In House Counsel & Head of Risk

A leading law firm in the City are looking for an Interim In House Counsel and Head of Risk for a fixed term contract. The In House Counsel role will ensure the firm remains compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements and deliver risk management strategy across the UK and international offices.
The key responsibilities include
* Leading the firms international legal matters
* Managing the firms GDPR and privacy process
* Managing complex conflicts of interest
* Conducting compliance reviews and investigations and report any current threats to the Partners
* Provide advice on R&C in relation to the delivery of wider business projects
Key requirements include
* Qualified Lawyer, 6 years PQE
* In-house Counsel experience at a law firm
* Understanding of SRA
* International risk management
