Are you an experienced and talented IT Asset Manager? Are you highly organised, passionate about providing exceptional levels of service, keen to work with people and experienced in managing a large hardware and software portfolio? If so, you have a key role to play in helping our teams bring about real change for the people we support.
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Asset Manager to join our Service Operations Team based in London. As IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all IT hardware and software assets within Macmillan's estate and will work closely with 3rd party partners and suppliers to ensure Macmillan's IT hardware and software asset portfolio is professionally managed.
You will have experience of designing and implementing effective IT hardware and software management systems and be proficient in maintaining accurate asset registers. You will have extensive experience of working with hardware and software suppliers and will be passionate about achieving maximum cost savings for the organisation.
You will have previous experience working in a complex organisation and a track record of delivering improvement. You are an experienced team manager with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service ethos. You will set the standard for efficient management of the charity's assets and build a strong culture of professionalism within your area, delivering a step change in how the organisation manages its technology asset portfolio.
The role will be based in London but with flexibility to work remotely and may involve some out of hours work.
