Project Support / Administraton Officer - DV Cleared

DV Cleared Project Support / Administration officer to work for our Government Client to play a supporting role in the Supply Chain PMO, undertaking a wide range of activities to enable an effective BAU function and implementation of various project work packages.

To support the Head of PMO

*Manage the recruitment process of new staff.

*Deputise for Head of PMO at meetings when required

*Manage IT and rota requests for London based staff, when/if necessary.

*Undertake secretariat duties for the SCS Boards and Working Groups.

*Provide support on tracking project work package progress with our managed service providers.

*Assist in the reporting of progress to seniors.

*Support Senior Management Team when required.

The PSO would also be expected to undertake some discrete pieces of work:

*Manage the role out of the SCS digital learning package to commercial, tracking progress and providing management information.

*Develop and maintain a document management and configuration process.

*Update and maintain the information hub/portal.

*Produce communications for regular newsletters.

*Provide support to the Intelligence and Data Analytics Work Package.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
