Head of Portfolio, Change and Projects

A very interesting and brand new role has arisen for an experienced Head of Portfolio, Change and Projects to join the very exciting Digital, Data and Tech team at Enfield Council. We in the process of embarking on a huge digital change project across Enfield Council and we need you to play one of the major roles in helping to delivering and running this. As the Head of you will be managing a team of 23, have responsibility for a £30 million project portfolio all whilst you ensure the council digitalise for the future.

As the Head of Portfolio, Change and Projects you will lead on the overall strategical processes, including the progress of the division, presenting to the board of directors and ensuring the portfolio is being developed. You will be putting the customer at the heart of everything you do to ensure you are utilising the technology available to us for the benefit of Enfield's Citizens. You should have a proven senior management background, managed multi-million pound project technology portfolios and ideally taken lead on a digital transformation previously.

Skills required for the Head of Portfolio, Change and Projects are:

- Proven senior leadership skills managing functions of business analysis, change, PMO, Project Managers and PMO

- Expert skills in managing a digital, data or technology portfolio's

- Strong Stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical

- MSP practitioner

- Strategic Judgement and clear decision making
