Platform Support Engineer (Cloud, Full Remote), up to £105,000, largely remoteWe are seeking a Platform Support Engineer with exposure to Linux and Cloud environments to join a Series E funded team at the centre of data science innovation, helping global teams to further medical discovery, improve autonomous vehicle tech all the way through to improving music recommendation engines.As a Platform Support Engineer, you will join an EMEA customer success and support engineering group, who work closely with customers to solve complex platform issues and urgent queries at a senior level. They are looking for those interested in working with container and cloud tech, Linux environments but importantly, who love troubleshooting a range of challenges as their platform deploys to broad multi-cloud, Kubernetes, and open source tech environments.The role will suit anyone from a strong customer facing background, with ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues, and we are preferably looking for those who have supporting a complex product that is deployed into customer environments. Skills required for the Platform Support Engineer:Technical knowledge which will include experience supporting Linux environments, exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, GCP or Azure) or container tooling (Kubernetes, Docker)Demonstrable customer/client facing experience, preferably supporting a software product or platform to customers directly Experience supporting complex environments and/or software products and any exposure to Data Science products would be beneficial but certainly not essentialSalary: £70,000 - £105,000 plus Stock and BenefitsLocation: Permanent Full Remote with a London office if desired. No travel required!
