+ Have experience working with healthcare and pharma brands would be advantageous
+ Have proven experience of core as well as digital design tools. Animation (After Effects) experience required.
+ Adopt an insight driven design approach that thrives on validation of key decisions and rationale
+ Be a team player who can work across a variety of design functions
+ Have the ability to manage several projects at once
+ Have determination to go the extra mile to get the best results
+ Possess fantastic communication skills across all levels
+ Have amazing time management and organisational skills, adhering to strict deadlines and working within budgetary constraints
+ Have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to challenge conventional ways of thinking and working
+ Be positive, solutions focused and a problem solver, with a cheerful ‘can do' attitude and taking your own initiative
