Java Developer - Spring Boot / Microservices / Azure / Financial Services - this is a long term contract opportunity for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Strong Java development skills plus solid reactive architecture and microservices knowledge focusing on Spring BootUnderstanding of Native Cloud development and public cloud providers like Azure (highly preferred), GCP, AWSTrading product knowledge, i.e. Bonds, Derivatives, SWAPS, Equity etc is highly desirableProven expertise in test driven development focusing in writing unit tests and end to end integration testsExpertise in automated build, test and deploy with CI/CDLanguages: English, fluent in written and spokenYour tasks:Developing data integration along with business services utilizing microservicesEnsuring that applications are running properly and being tested against the requirementsPreparing unit test for automated testingDoing code reviews plus fixing bugs and upcoming issues in the deployed applications as well as demonstrating expert understanding of all developing steps using Java tools and stacksBeing responsible for decision making and recommendations regarding architectural issuesConfirming compliance with CI and CD as well as automated testing and building pipelines
