Embedded C Developer / Scrum Master to £55k *Remote Interview WFH*

Embedded C Developer / Scrum Master. Are you an Agile evangelist with Embedded C development experience? You could be joining a technology company that's complex software solutions enable things such as tap-in / tap-out services on London transport and making a real impact in a hands-on, lead role.

As an Embedded C Developer / Scrum Master you'll work closely with the Software Development Manager to make the Embedded technology team fully Agile and drive best practice with a focus on improving deployment via CI/CD pipelines to increase frequency of releases. You'll partner with Product Owners and the software development team, prepare refinements, Sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies; remove impediments from the team and remain hands-on with the code contributing to code reviews and the teams' projects as and when needed. 

Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process as well as full-time remote working for the foreseeable future, with the caveat that you may need to visit the office near Poole once a week / fortnight going forwards.

Requirements:

You have a background with embedded software development and current coding skills

You have experience of leading Agile software development projects / performing Scrum Master duties

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others
