1st Line Support Engineer - Healthcare ManufacturerOffice 365 - London - Up to £28k My client who specialises in manufacturing products for the health industry is experiencing a period of growth due to the industry demand. They require a Support Engineer who has hands on experience of supporting hardware and software. There are opportunities to grow within the IT team with unprecedented training and development. Whilst reporting to the IT Infrastructure Team Lead, you will be responsible for face-to-face end user support, resolving hardware and software issues, giving support and implementing projects for global IT and business operations teams.The role requires someone with practical working knowledge of end user technology (MS Windows, Office 365) and who is able to manage workloads whilst working in a busy helpdesk environment.
