Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical / Days Based)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking to further your career and step up into a Supervisory role within an internationally renowned business where you will lead a tight knit team of skilled engineers? On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a senior member of this rapidly expanding business which will see you play a key part in their 5 year plan progressing up into a fully autonomous Engineering Manager. You will be the go to contact for maintenance across the site and work closely with the Operations Manager to improve the maintenance within the business. In this role you will be a hands on supervisor overseeing a small team of engineers working across the company's fully equipped modern manufacturing facility both on a PPM and reactive basis. The company are a renowned manufacturer and have an unequalled reputation for outstanding quality. They have continued to operate with great success through these unprecedented times and have ambitious plans for growth already under way. This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Engineer looking to step up and take responsibility of a small team. The Role:

· PPM & reactive maintenance across the company's modern automated machinery and facilities.

· Oversee a small team of skilled engineer's and grow further to build a larger team.

· Days based role with flexible working hours. The Person:

· Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor

· Electrically biased engineer from a Manufacturing background.

· Looking to step up in to a fully autonomous supervisory role.
