Top FinTech requires a Senior Compliance Officer to support the Head of Compliance as they look to build an innovative, market-leading mortgage product.

This is a rare opportunity to genuinely influence a FinTechs continued progression.

You will need a technical compliance background, including exposure to compliance monitoring, reviews, financial promotions and business advisory.

What You Will Do:

- Provide compliance oversight through monitoring & reviews

- Implement advice monitoring/reporting to control risk

- Contribute to thematic reviews

- Assist with regulatory project work

- Review/approve financial promotions & communications

Who you are:

- Driven and ambitious, inquisitive

- 3-5 years experience in Oversight functions

- Experience of compliance advisory

- Mortgages, pensions or investments experience (desirable)
