This is your opportunity to join a new Digital Transformation Team leading organisational change across the entire Council. Your contribution will make a real difference to our residents, businesses and partners alike.
We are looking for a full-time Business Transformation Analyst to join our Digital Services Team based at the Civic Centre in the heart of Addlestone's regenerated town centre. This role is key in contributing to the Council's ambitious Digital Transformation Programme.
You will become part of a team committed to driving improvement through innovative ideas using the latest technology and supporting staff to access council software services. The successful candidate will be an advocate of digital transformation with an ability to drive up digital literacy and promote new technology and systems to inspire and lead change.
You will be working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, so it is important that you are well organised and resilient; can remain calm, focussed and professional at all times. Our ideal candidate would preferably have some Local Government experience as well as a proven track record in delivering transformational change through discovering, evaluating, improving and leading the adoption of systems and technology.
