Reed Technology 2nd Line Support - 6 Month FTC - Edinburgh - Up to £25,000 (pro rata) Reed Technology are delighted to be working with a well-known Edinburgh based organisation on the look out for a talented 2nd Line Support Engineer to come on board and support for a minimum of 6 months.As well as being a personable individual who works co-operatively in a team, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate considerable experience in the following: Logging requests and provide initial triage/resolution and allocation to IT engineersEscalating to 3rd level support as requiredSupporting Office 365 (Sharepoint, Outlook, new users, permissions)Desktop estate administration, comprising of Dell Desktops/Laptops (Windows 7/10)Telephony system support comprising Avaya IP Office - IP desk phonesMobile phone support comprising Apple devicesAV / video conferencing support comprising Polycom devicesPrinter supportSupport for MS Server (2012, 2016 and 2019) and desktop applications including MS Office 2013 and O365 If you possess experience in all these areas, then please apply, or email your CV
