Business Analyst / 12 Month FTC / Fully Remote / Salary up to £40,000An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a well-established organisation on a 12 Month FTC with the possibility of an extension. As the only Business Analyst in the team, you'll be required to hit the ground running as a number of projects are currently in the pipeline. This client is currently embarking on three important projects which requires you to conduct detailed research and analysis to inform business change decisions and solutions. This is an ideal role for a self-starter with strong communication skills which will allow them to focus on process documentation and business requirements, utilising your business acumen and analysis skills to ensure that the right change is implemented. Due to the current climate, this Business Analyst will be able to work fully remote with the occasional travel with all travel expenses covered. Key Responsibilities:Working within project teams, understanding requirements, identifying solutions and leading the implementation of new ways of working.Documenting business processes, data flows to ensure all elements are captured to support wider service improvementsPlan and facilitate workshops with business leads to discuss any change in processes and new ways of workingInvestigate business process gaps and analyse operational issues and problemsSupport project managers and create business cases for proposed changesBuild strong relationships with key colleagues to encourage effective collaborative workingSkills/Experience required:Experienced in implementing change/service improvement within various projectsAbility to have strong conversations to inspire trust within stakeholdersSelf-starter with experience of working independently alongside project managersExperience with user stories and matrix analysisExcellent core IT skills, including Microsoft Visio and ExcelAny experience of working in the housing sector or in a regulatory environment would be a bonus If you're interested in this opportunity and have the skills/experience mentioned above then send your CV directly to
