Supply Chain Incident Management will establish a common approach to Supply Chain incident management built on a set of common standards; assuring the standards and controls are being complied with; and developing a comprehensive understanding of the Supplier risk landscape.

All three roles will play a part in defining, developing and implementing the Supply Chain Incident Management capability They will look to:

*drive the capability to meet the business need and to ensure value.

*Improve and maintain overall health of the capability; seeking to develop the right technology, information, access, service, governance, process, policy and people.

They will working closely with the project team and a broad range of stakeholders within the organisation. Liaising across the business and the supplier network during the Incident Management Process; providing valuable incident reports for a senior audience once treatments have been identified and actioned.

Principle Manager - GD2

- Day to day lead of the Incident Management Service and senior owner of all casework

- Lead the team on all categories of incident management

- Provide leadership and SME input into complex cases

- Establish and maintain new and existing links with key incident management stakeholders across the community and to ensure strong incident management processes are in place and mitigations can be prioritised and taken forward by the appropriate risk owners.

- Ensure the right policy, governance and procedures are in place.

- Share knowledge and expertise with key stakeholders

- Ensure learnings are played back into wider team work (eg Policy and Strategy development), so incidents do not happen again.

- Maintain and own (including regular refreshes of) Incident Management Playbook

- Overall management of the contractor resource (to Incident Management)

- Provide Risk Reporting capabilities on ad-hoc issues and problems

- Responsible for regular reporting (closed and open source)

- Maintain reasonable out-of-hours incident management cover across the team

Manager - GD3

- Manage and maintain the Incident Management Service by coordinating resource and leading on case management workbook

- Maintain and manage own casework

- Day to day lead on team taskings and priorities, monitoring workflow day to day

- Maintain the Incident Management Playbook

- Assist the project team in identifying the right processes and supporting technology

- Coordinate IA resource to priorities

- Provide leadership to coordination meetings

- Provide and/or ensure high quality incident reports

- Horizon scan for issues

- Support and/or lead on risk reporting and Teaming exercises

Co-ordinator - GD4

- Leading on case management workbook

- Maintain and manage own casework

- Maintain the Incident Management Playbook

- Assist the project team in identifying the right processes and supporting technology

- Provide and/or ensure high quality incident reports

- Horizon scan for issues

- Support and/or lead on risk reporting and Teaming exercises

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
