Job Title: Operations SupervisorLocation: Bulwell, Nottingham (with travel to client sites)Salary: Competitive depending on experienceJob type: Permanent, Full timeThe Company, part of a larger group, is a specialist design, installation, testing and maintenance contractor, within the electrical earthing, lightning protection and height safety market.Operating nationally, the business focuses on providing top quality safety-critical services for the protection of people, buildings and infrastructure.They're a successful, growing company that is looking for talented employees who want to work in an environment that is challenging and rewarding.Role Overview:Working within the operations team you will help coordinate and run a team of lightning conductor fitters across central England and North Wales.Responsible for the timely delivery of works to a high standard you will ensure costs are controlled and planned profit margins are maintained or improved through scheduling works, managing labour and materials alongside assisting on people management issues.Assisting in providing technical support and guidance to clients you will be their first point of contact developing key relationships and helping to generate repeat business.
