Leads the sourcing process for new strategic needs of the companies

Specific expertise

Sourcing techniques - Sourcing strategic thinking - Commodity Expertise - Negotiation techniques and skills - Organisational awareness - Project Management awareness - knowledge of Finance (Business case, reporting, budgeting..) - knowledge of legal and contractual aspects - Performance management knowledge - Presentation skills (orally demonstrating and convincing investment objectives)

People Management - not a formal role

Education, specific training and experience

Education: University degree in Applied Economics or Commercial Engineer similar experience

Experience:

? Strategic Purchasing Expertise

? Strong management of sourcing operational aspects

? Relevant experience in the defined P&S

? Customer-oriented ? Change management

? Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a +)
