The role
As a Cross Applications Lead, you'll manage the cross application of our technical workstreams and make our transition to Hive a success. The role comes with considerable leadership responsibilities, as you'll manage several crucial workstreams including data migration, legacy system shut down and medical device integration as well as their respective subject matter experts.
You'll also be the escalation point for issues and dependency management across the workstreams and the wider Hive programme. As we meet the key milestones of the transition, you'll have created the project plans and processes that get us there, resolving issues and engaging with stakeholders of all levels.
Required skills and experience
We're looking for people with extensive experience in project management, clinical systems, technical requirements analysis and software releases. You'll also have advanced knowledge of hospital workflows and be able to effectively manage others and resolve project issues when they arise.
Exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication and collaborative skills and IT literacy are all essential. You'll also need a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, along with a relevant Master's qualification (or equivalent).
