Credit OTC Derivatives  - BA/PM -  Trade Processing Clearing -  Investment Banking

Credit Derivatives Business Analyst - BA/PM with very strong experience of Credit Derivatives products and concepts. Recent exposure to the trade processing lifecycle for fixed income OTC derivative products, including clearing and client clearing. Also:-

Knowledge of recent industry changes driven by the Dodd-Frank Act and ESMA-mandate;

Experience of the full software development lifecycle;

Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Experience with capture and documenting user requirements, both explicit and implied;

Experience of writing specifications so as to communicate effectively with a development team;

The role is for a Credit Derivatives Business Analyst with experience of delivering projects through the full systems development lifecycle. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to progress primarily small enhancements and minor projects (< 100 days effort) with some exposure possible to one of several larger re-engineering projects at different points in their lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:-

Capture explicit and implicit requirements and define appropriate solutions, in combination with users, sponsors and the wider IT department;

Produce specifications at an appropriate level of detail;

Define and execute required tests, expected to be a significant part of the role;

Adapt solutions to the constraints of externally imposed deadlines.

Document solutions, train users and colleagues.

Ensure that scope is defined and controlled;

Ensure that estimates and project schedules are produced at an appropriate level of detail and quality
