The SAP SF Employee Central Consultant Role: We are looking for someone who: + Has delivered complex streams of work in the Employee Central and is a recognised expert in this area
+ Able to lead workshops, manage customers and drive the project from inception to go-live
+ Understands HCM business processes and can work with customers to manage the transition to cloud based solutions
+ Can contribute to pre-sales wherever needed
+ Demonstrable expertise and full-cycle implementation experiences in Employee Central from requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, iterations, testing, deploy, hypercare etc. About You: + Has at least 8 years of professional experience: entry-level position for the hierarchical leadership positions; line-management of small, heterogeneous, operative teams.
+ Demonstrable expertise and experience in Employee Central and good understanding of some of the other SuccessFactors modules
+ Must be certified in Employee Central
+ Added advantage if Professionally certified in Employee Central
+ Demonstrable expertise and experience in SAP SF product offerings and of full project life-cycles: requirements analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration, testing & production support
+ Self-motivated individual who is passionate about HCM, SuccessFactors, technology, working with customers, and obtaining customer success
+ Technical knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors and integrating with other relevant systems and touch points. Willingness to cross-skill in related and other SuccessFactors modules as required
+ Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing solutions for the resolution of complex issues.
+ Always meets deadlines and understands consequences and impact on the business of not doing so
+ Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and customer facing skills. Should be a team player and demonstrate willingness to train and collaborate wherever needed
+ Recognises business risks in detail and complexity. Clarifies and escalates as required
+ Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language
