Do you want to be part of a team that make a genuine impact on the business? If so, read on....Business Analyst required to join an internal Product Design team based in Raynes Park. The Business Analyst is a new role within the organisation following a strategic investment in technology.The Business Analyst role will be given ownership of products or parts of products leading through requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and live maintenance.You will manage a squad of one or more programming teams (consisting of developers, scrum master and testers) overseeing the introduction and refinement of complex, business-critical systems.You will need to understand the technical, feature, user and business requirement detail for these future developments to enable the business to deliver highly valuable and quality digital products with 4 key focuses:

* Researching and analysing potential software development solutions to improve efficiency

* Evaluating risks and predicting potential problems

* Robust documentation through user stories, tasks and tickets

* Collaboration with developers and stakeholdersTo be considered for this role applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record working as a BA/Senior BA with a Development team in a mature, Agile environment.In addition to this, candidates must be able to show the following skills, experience and attributes:

* experience as a Business Analyst / Agile BA within an Agile / Scrum environment

* requirement evolution

* mapping and refining existing and desired operational processes

* managing the software development process

* managing procurement and relationships with 3rd party software and service providers

* skilled at creating user stories and acceptance criteria using iterative planning techniques

* ability to facilitate communications between multiple diverse stakeholders
