They are expanding and want apprentice engineers to facilitate this expansion, over ¾ of their senior engineers started as trainees so will offer you full support. The company are very proud of their equality policy and fully support women in engineering.
In this role you will shadow a senior engineer to gain a broad range of practical experience. This training will be supported with a formal college qualification fully paid for by the company. As you gain experience and your qualification you will progress through the company and could be training future apprentices yourself!
The ideal candidate will be a school leaver looking for a career in engineering and must hold a full driving licence.
