Equally this is an amazing environment to join which focuses on the individuals make this a great business and culture.In this role you will become a product expert, providing support to all customers using the software platform and managing / resolving queries whilst escalating any queries you cannot resolve to other teams. Working on a ticketing system, your role will require you to resolve a backlog of requirement s as well as ensuring more customer engagement and customer service.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company, offering long-term stability and security, a great benefits package, and a friendly, family feel team.The Role:

*Training to become a software product expert

*Providing on-going support to all customers (Ticketing system)

*Microsoft Excel and Windows

*Working within an experienced team of 4

*Monday to Friday, 9-5 - 35 hours a weekThe Person:

*Experience of dealing with customers over the phone

*Strong communication skills

*Some technical support experience

* A levels or Degree educated

*Microsoft Excel Skills (Basic formulas)

*Commutable to Horley, Surrey once it's safe and sensible to return to the officeReference Number: RTR95621
