Business Analyst - UC / CC - The role:

This exciting position covers 50% customer-facing project delivery work, and 50% R&D and innovation duties, creating your own products and services. It will utilise your business analysis, design and client-facing abilities. Working closely with other departments (Development, Pre-Sales, Business Consultancy, etc) the role covers:
Business Analyst - UC / CC - Requirements:
Candidates must have an extensive background as a business analyst, designing and developing solutions in UC (Unified Communication) and/or CC (Contact Centre) environments, with: -
Useful experience covers: additional Cloud techs (e.g. Google, Azure, IBM) ; specific CC/UC products (e.g. Avaya Genesys, Amazon Connect, Google's CCAI, etc); Integration with CRM (e.g. Salesforce); Alarm monitoring (e.g. SNMP, WMI).
