Competencies
4-6 years of technical and functional hands-on experience and expertise in following Oracle Service Cloud areas:
1. Customer Portal implementation
2. Custom widget development
3. Connect API, ROQL
4. Rest, SOAP API implementation
5. Configuration of: Business rules, custom fields, custom objects, mailbox, message templates
6. Workspace creation, workspace rules, workflow
7. Custom Process Model (CPM), file manager script development
8. Custom report creation
9. Cron job implementation
10. Data migration from existing system/application
11. .Net Add-in/ BUI extension development
12. Live Chat configuration and implementationAdditionally skills required: PHP, Javascripts/ JQuery, HTML, CSS, AJAX
