We are embarking on a series of change projects, aimed at improving services and addressing legislative and efficiency challenges within the business through major systems improvement, procurement and review of service level agreement with our partners.
We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst with relevant skills; energy and ambition required provide first class support to our customers. This is a rewarding role with plenty of opportunities for learning and development.
If you are enthusiastic with multi-facet IT skills (SQL, Business Process Analysis and definition of system specifications, IT support/Service management, Project Management etc.), coupled with excellent organisational/ customer service skills, we would like to hear from you.
The successfully candidate will become the lead support officer for our Housing IT system or equivalent. We provide applications support to a range of business applications including Libraries; Education - Admissions, Education Welfare, Early Years, Special Education Team, YOT; and Social Care. You will have good IT background with an appreciation of new technologies, information security, a willingness and ability to provide quality service and support to colleagues, senior management and our partners/suppliers.
