It operates in all lines of insurance, with more than 42,000 employees throughout the world.Overview:We are looking for an IT Risk Technical Specialist to be part of the global IT Security Services Delivery (ITSSD) team, focused on defending the company from cyber-attack and maintaining operations of the Email Security team.The Global Network Security Specialist will work in our growing security segment. You will be part of this global team, focussed on the 24 x 7 operation and maintenance of Email Security product.

Role Responsibilities:Act as the service lead and ambassador for our global email security solution.Actively engage with SIEM and Global Cyber Defense Center on potential issues and items to investigate.Maintain operations, documentation and knowledge for the email security product.Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving a wide variety of client email issues and issues affecting email security.Proactively anticipates service issues before they occur and able to make recommendations around resolution.Implement analytics-based rules to enhance and maintain visibility for the Information Security team across email security.Implement and communicate best practice on Email and Enterprise Security products to both technical and non-technical personnel.Develop and maintain content and reporting.Take part in projects as a subject matter expert and service owner.Provide investigative support to the SOC and Global Cyber Defense Center as required.Off-hours and Weekend support may be required to support investigations and product upgrades. Experience required:4+ years of security related experience in a complex global environmentStrong knowledge of email security conceptsAbility to lead day to day operations as well as define the overall strategic vision of the email security teamExperience with creating management facing reports and service delivery materialsExperience with Proofpoint and other email security productsExperience with Knowb4 or other phish training and reporting toolsetsFundamental knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC technology and implementationExperience building, implementing and tuning email security processes, rules, and logic in a large environmentExperience with change management policies and proceduresExperience with using SAAS based servicesSound analytical and problem solving skills to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneouslyExperience with creating management facing reports and service delivery materialsExcellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesCan effectively work across a geographically distributed team environmentA results oriented, high energy individual who takes pride in their workVendor certification(s) in an enterprise email security product is a plus.
