Toolmaker role available with an expanding company that pride themselves on their training & development and are now looking to expand out and recruit into the business.

Do you have a completed Mechanical apprenticeship? Are you looking to join a company that can offer training with the aim of progressing to senior roles?

Established almost 50 years ago, this company specialise in the production of high quality precision equipment within the Plastic industry both UK and Worldwide. They have remained active through the COVID-19 Lockdown and are now taking advantage of this continued activity to grow and expand.

In this role you will be working in the factory alongside more experienced members of the team, where you will be allocated specific tool parts to manufacture as per engineering drawings. You will receive on the job training to help with this and so will need a high level of self-motivation to work alongside senior engineers and learn from them.

The company are keen to see people develop, and there will be the opportunity to quickly develop and take on more responsibility within the companyThe ideal candidate will hold a completed Apprenticeship within a Mechanical Discipline and be looking to build a career where you will be fully trained and developed in both Toolmaking and a future role in Mechanical DesignThe Role:

*Toolmaker

*Advanced training & development

*Producing products from Engineering Drawings

*£11.50 - £16.00 an hour + Training, Development & ProgressionThe Person:

*Completed Apprenticeship in a Mechanical Discipline

*Experience of Toolmaking practices

*Sussex Based
