Situated in Farnborough, this innovative satellite communications company is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer to join their highly-skilled engineering team. As Lead Hardware Engineer, you will not only provide expert hands-on technical support and design solutions but you will also lead a dynamic hardware team in a range of new and exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to work on the full product lifecycle for all new product development as you design the next generation of satellite technology for this rapidly growing company. The Lead Hardware Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing all new hardware designs including high-speed digital and complex mixed-signal electronics while also managing the PCB layout/design process. The successful Lead Hardware Engineer will be just as comfortable mentoring and leading the team as they are getting involved with the hands-on design of new electronics.
